edit: Beck and Broken Bells are some of the most boring things I've heard in a while

Broken Bells I can see, but the Beck album is nice if you are in the right mindset for it. Its not an attention grabber, thats for sure.

I can't believe it but this Bombay Bicycle Club album is actually pretty sick. I can't really fukk with them much because the singer has one of those "I auditioned for this band" types of voices that is too bland for me, but the production on this is stellar and the songs are well written. It is good enough that I may even buy it despite my problems with the singer

Gotta give some mild praise for Ricky Eat Acid "Three Love Songs"

Might not appeal to those of you with more pop-oriented tastes because there is a lot of ambient stuff on it, but there are moments of great electronica sprinkled throughout mostly starting after around the 19 minute mark and moving forward

My tastes have been getting a little more eclectic recently. My friend was showing me some bands recently and was talking about a song he was going to show me, might have been Mars Volta or something. He mentioned that there was like 3 minutes of birds chirping before the song actually started, and I remarked dead serious that I probably would enjoy the birds more than the song. That is how bad I have gotten

I don't even really know what to make of Banks. She's pretty mediocre, but this song is ok.

Last September I posted the first song from this guy Mas Ysa

His debut EP has dropped. I couldn't find a leak anywhere though, I'm just gonna take a chance on it and buy it from Amazon just because I like the single so much. But from what I'm reading there seems to be only 1 other aggressive song like this on the album, the rest is more downtempo and solemn

Went ahead and uploaded this EP for anyone that wants it. It really only has like 4 songs and then a bunch of short interludes. Don't be surprised if this guy drops an album of the year contender eventually

Can't say I'm that into any of the 3 St. Vincent songs from her new album that have been out. They are all decent songs, but if that is the best the album has to offer I won't be that interested
