They're both defensive liabilities.
Subban and Karlson are great players, but a lowkey hockey pet peeve of mine is everyone willing to overlook poor blueline play just because they score goals. Gimme a lock down defender over a scoring defenseman any day.
Both are young and will become better defenders, but they still have a lot of work to do
