Jackie Brown was SLJ's best performance; maybe Jungle Fever is up there. Jackie Brown, he's playing chess and everyone else is playing checkers.

Which is why the end pissed me off when he just walks out in the open and gets shot instead of holding the bail bondsman as a hostage. His character was too sharp for that ending.
