Nah he definitely isnt, but he brings in different perspective. nikkas on here say the outsiders of the community are whats pushing the "destructive music" into the forefront to "poison the black community", but when someone like Chance The Rapper receives backing and support, they're automatically a plant. WTF would you gain from pushing chance? He does way more good than harm, and even IF he was a plant hows that a bad thing? he aint out here talking about how many bodies he got or how many licks he hit.
