I got a 128GB one for $30 a week ago at bestbuy. It was the black friday price. If it isn't still that price I'm still it'll go back down soon for black friday again.

PS4 Pro came out this year for $400.
The difference in a nutshell between the base model that is going on sale for $200 and the pro is that the Pro can play some games in 4K resolution and with better performance.
If you don't have a 4K TV don't bother with the PS4 Pro.

You can also get an XB1S around $200 as well especially this time of year. The added bonus with the XB1S is that it has a 4K blu ray player in it, so if you DO get a 4K TV down the line you can watch 4K blu rays on it.
