Also I see the Texans have dumbed down the offense for him. Watson has been passing almost exclusively from the shotgun. Offense looks like it did in Clemson.

I have yet to see Watson do a 3 step/5 step dropback from under center and throw the ball. If he's thrown it, its been from the shotgun or a roll out.

Not a good look for Watson if he still can't do a 3 step/5 step dropback from under center and throw the ball from the pocket.

Deshaun still lockin on to receivers he gotta get outta that.

D'onta foreman on the other hand has made big plays in back to back games

Yea Deshaun took a step back this week. Most of his passing yards came from a blown coverage and Foreman making something happen. Texans have to do with him like what the Cowboys did with Dak. Put him under center more and get refined.

But Foreman looks like the most impressive rookie RB. Word to @dtownreppin214

cohen isnt getting cut. He's pretty much cemented himself as the #2 RB, which was what Pace planned anyway.

Cunningham, Carey and Rounds have all looked good as well. Langford is the odd man out

Watson is definitely not ready to start. Only thing he does at a NFL starter level right now is managing the pocket and not get rattled. His accuracy is still poor and he relies too much on the first read. If it's not there he runs every time. A little disappointing but maybe next season he'll be ready

More seasoning...a top flight WR next year or another OLB to meet Leonard Floyd at the quarterback on the other end and we can start competing I think...
