If I’m the front office for the Browns I take the best prospect on the board 1st in Barkley to make sure the Giants don’t steal him. Then take your pick of the top 3 Qb’s since there aren’t any Andrew Luck/Rodgers sitting on the top of the board. Try & use all those assets to get back into the early 1st round for Chubb since he will fall to at least 8/9/10 then call it a night.
