Trump winning is contingent and has ALWAYS been contingent on the Dems shutting the fukk up and electing a Dem candidate

Procedure and process is a top-down responsibility in many organizations. As has been stated in here already, with us living in a time where outside election interference is not only a real threat but a past reality, you would think the top of the organization would take some responsibility in the process that yields results they will ultimately deliberate on.

Yes, its a failure on multiple ends but if this was a fortune 500 corporation, we would immediately view this as a failure in management and potentially at the executive level.

You're dealing with volunteers. You can provide them with training, but ultimately they have to choose to take it up.

2 points to be made here in regards to the DNC and the App:

1. The app was not working when it was first given to the precincts and no one, including the DNC ensured that the staff running the precincts were trained on the app. That is a failure of whoever procured the app, the app developer AND the DNC who was aware of the issue.

2. The Dem chairman in the biggest IA county bushed the app immediately upon his precinct having issues with it upon delivery and decided to phone in results per normal practice. The issue with this, no party leaders were available for them to relay the results to. That is a failure on both IA Democratic party and DNC.

It started off with just 'quality control', then app not working, then hotlines not working, then taking pictures of ballots and driving them to HQ and now it's 'inconsistencies with the reports'.
