I was watching the caucus last night from the time I got in until right around 9:30. Pete was clearly very popular. I see a bunch of posts on twitter with conspiracy theories and accusations that the DNC changed the votes. If people really believe this, wouldnt they change it to Biden? Pete has to be the most underwhelming candidate I've seen in the last few years on the Dem side.

I keep telling people this Beto dropped out way too early man....

He'd shine right now.
Beto fukked up when he said "Hell yeah we're gonna take your guns"

Now he won't even be able to grab a Senate seat in Texas

Hubris...

Anyways...come on Bernie...take Iowa so these stragglers can drop out of the race already

Like I mentioned earlier from what I saw, Mayor Pete just did his homework by targeting and engaged his most likely constituents which are middle to upper middle class neighborhoods. Remember Mayor Pete is a data guy, so he's using a lot of data to target, locate and influence his most likely prospects.

Other democratic candidates probably arent using data and analytics to the effect that Mayor Pete's campaign is.

With that said, a lot of people in Iowa hate trump, they just want to vote for whatever candidate that they think is most fit to beat 45, which isnt looking good because many people still can't narrow it down.

A lot of conspiracy theories is due to the fact that Pete and his campaign ties has been at the center of all the controversy in Iowa from getting the DMR poll thrown out to the election data app. He then went out and declared victory when the only data available had him in 3rd. When the light comes back on, he's in first. So yeah, while I normally laugh at conspiracy theorist, I'll admit they do have a lot to point and criticize here. Though most of the shyt I've seen has been ridiculous :francis:

When you run the stats he’s basically a straight mayor Pete who was at least elected nationally. It’s not that big of a gap. Beto is a Texas liberal. The Bernie bros had him tagged as basically a younger John Kerry this time last year.
