told u bruh
Glad I didn't bet on them.....I prolly would have taken Mem and NC in the early games.

However, I did straight bet Baylor (first game on the board) for some quick cash.

*sidenote* My TV went out this morning, so I'm headed to Best Buy to get another one with my winnings....no cap. Had to listen to the Baylor game in the living room with a black screen. Straight audio like I'm in the 1940's :heh:.

What do you think about a potential merger between the Big East & ACC? 6:38

Well Hurley's gonna say that cuz UConn would love nothing more than to be part of a conference that doesn't want them simply because they want the football team to eat. That's all they want,

As for the rest of the schools, fukk em. They left for the money. They wanted the football money not giving a damn what it would do to basketball except for Boeheim who hated it from day 1. The Big East doesn't gain anything from a merger. Do they get football money? No. They don't play it. The ACC just wants to leech off the basketball success the Big East has since everyone thought that conference was gonna be MAAC status. The NCAA wants the Northeast since nobody else will be able to reach them, and includes the B1G with Rutgers. They had 2 top 5 players this year and nobody gave a shyt. If they could swap out Creighton/Marquette/DePaul/Butler for Syracuse/Pitt/BC and either Miami, VA Tech or Notre Dame, great! But that's not gonna happen.

If they wanna do a ACC/Big East challenge for their nonconference, great. But the NCAA is gonna have to accept how big they are as an organization without the major benefit of the most populous corridor in the country. It's like soccer: big everywhere in the world but here. Without the Big East, they're big everywhere except from DC to Boston.

EDIT: to add, the media just wants to cover ACC teams but don't live in an ACC region, so yeah they wanna see all those schools up here even though I swear the Garden sees Duke at least 3 times a year it feels like (and the ACC wants MSG. They all do! the B1G wanted MSG so bad they had their conference tournament at MSG one year a week before everyone else and played in front of nobody.)

Champions league
His touch near the basket is automatic. It just sucks that he'll be a pro on a team that won't build around his skillset. Some team would rather him expand his range and shoot threes. It's how they got Malta watching religious programming on a black and white TV :mjcry:

Yup also a great passer
This draft got some great talent
