It's like he froze too. He knew he wasn't open and at first was going to take a 3, then went to drive, and then settled for an off-balanced jump shot. That was an awful shot. He was not going to pass the ball. Extremely selfish.

Yeah, he probably should have. Honestly I do prefer that coaches let the players play but once it looked like Wagner was going to take that shot he should have called timeout. You could clearly see dude was not open and was determined to play hero ball.
