Still haven’t seen Oppenheimer, but everything before that, you gotta go back to the 2000s to find a decent movie worth watching today. Even with that in mind, I don’t know if anyone gonna be talking about those movies decades later. Maybe Gladiator? I like Departed, but I’m not sure if that’s a film plenty will bring up with high regard.

All great movies in my opinion.

I never said anything about the quality of those films. I said there hasn’t been a decent movie that I wanna watch over and over since the 2000s, which is about half of those movies you listed.

I watched Parasite and it’s a film I don’t plan on watching again. Coda, Moonlight, and 12YAS are films that don’t interest me.

Even with that there’s been some great best picture films recently. Parasite was a couple years ago, Coda was good, Spotlight, Moonlight, Birdman.
