My Knicks fam I believe you got your answers switched around.


Thibs whole offense was read and react he just didn’t have set plays when it broke down. Thibs is more read and react than Brown is.

I feel you but I got to disagree, especially in the regular season.

Thibs offense was ISO Randle then it was ISO Brunson and ISO Randle and finally it was ISO Brunson and have KAT trailing for a quick 3.

In the playoffs, last year he did show more of a bag, especially in trying to hide Hart by having him initiate the offense to put Brunson off ball, but I wouldn’t call it read and react. The ball didn’t move around enough for that.

But on the real, I think the controversies will be less about the players themselves and more from the media and fandom. I could see people wanting more time for Deuce and Brogdon. I think Hukporti might also enter the conversation because his limited minutes have been really, really good so far.

Brown might be able to get ahead of it by setting up rest days for guys. But I look at this roster build and can't help but think they overloaded the depth specifically to make it possible to create a trade package by the deadline.

I gotta see how that read/react shyt works in tense situations before I start sippin Koolaid. Its easy to have ball movement in situations where there's no real consequences

I think they should start Huk in the games Mitch sits. Obviously he won’t play the same minutes but just to keep the rotation a bit more uniform.
