grimes plays his best ball when there are no expectations
he had his chance and turned p*ssy when thibs gave him 100+ games to start, asking out of 3 situations with any modicum of competition. donte came here, the ball feels like its 100 pounds, he goes to detroit and asked to get moved cause they got so many guards/wings.... and the lowest iq front office flipped him to save money to avoid paying him....and im gon lose my mind over march/early april hoops? he clearly has talent but his issue is between the ears. hope he keeps it up, but I aint betting on it.
soon as someone gives him 25mill per they'll regret it immediately
glad he getting his bag, also glad we dont have to feel obligated to give him that bread. sixers might not even be able to afford him lol

I told ya’ll since back then the Knicks were prioritizing the wrong prospect.

The guy is a nasty, nasty player.

The notion that anyone could do what he’s doing or it’s as simple as he gets to take as many shots as he wants is flat out disrespectful to dude.
In the way he’s doing it? Maybe not. But it’s more of a testament to the league. Unless you think this is who he’s going to be going forward, i don’t see how you think I’m disrespecting him. He’s a fringe starter who’s on his way to being a solid starter.

U can lose to any team on any given night. All pros. Every win matters and counts. Especially for us where our best player is out.

Cavs on pace for a historic record and lost to an under .500 Magic team just the other day.

Y’all just want to keep the narratives going :lolbron:

Hart getting a triple double in 3Q ain’t convenient :lolbron:
It’s not about a loss it’s about the wins, but it’s like I said this is a matter of opinions and expectations. You can have yours just like I got mine.

For me having seen this roster get built and knowing the lack of assets we have left. I have pretty high expectations.

:yeshrug:

This team needs to win against contenders or it’s not one, and at this point this team should be contenders.

We should be more worried about indy than the pistons or even the bucks.

I hate the pacers, but ya stay underestimating them. That’s not an easy team. That will not be a 6 or 7 game series. We finish pistons in 5, bucks in 5 or 6.

Grimes is just proof positive that NBA players are really fukking good at basketball and that an overwhelming majority of them could put up numbers if nobody cared and they could take as many shots as they wanted.

And I liked Grimes as a Knick.

I don’t get shyt like this at all.

What are “empty stats”?

The tape is absurd. Watch the tape. His fast twitch is ridiculous. He should be getting more props for playing like this on that garbage team.

Thos ain't the equivalent to linsanity

U could watch from the tape in his workouts he was a baller and has the intangibles

I think I even made the reference back the hen wwas more naturally gifted then RJ, his stroke on his shot alone was better

Not gonna lie fellas... I don't like how this playoff seeding is shaking up. Having to potentially play Boston in the second round and the Cavs in the ECF, while also possibly playing the Bucks in the first round sounds treacherous.

I don't like it.

I'd rather beat up Indy too. I like Cade Cunningham's game too much to watch OG ruin his good vibes. The post-Kuzma trade Bucks look like food too, but Giannis and Dame ought to turn up so I'd prefer not to deal with them in the first round.
Pistons lack of playoff experience will hurt them.

I don’t want no parts of Milwaukee. I'm not betting against Dame & Giannis in the playoffs.

Bucks fell to #5 last night. Them, Indy & Detroit all within 1 game of each other. We probably won’t know who we play until the last game of the season.

I am less worried about seeding and more worried about health heading into the playoffs. I don’t want Thibs playing dudes 40+ minutes trying to chase a higher seed or maintain their current one.

I don’t got the records in front of me, but as long as we avoid the playin as a 7th or 8th seed we’re good.
