A trade for Giannis would likely see KAT, Bridges or OG, Hart and Mcbride gone, with one of Hart or OG/Mikal going to a third party for extra picks to send The Bucks way. The Bucks might ask for less if they can send Kuzma back, but overall a trade might not be worth it.

It’s true but that’s the only version that makes sense to me is the Knicks take Kuzma but in that scenario why would they take basically the same problem in Hart. So if they don’t want to be worse than last year this fits as a retool.

You start sending out OG or Mikal and even with Giannis the team is worse.

That's a BIG falloff. I get that he's had some knee injuries and weight gain... but his rim protection cratered last season. Seems like another negative towards Thibs.

a Trade with the pelicans looks mighty healthy. but would never happend if we shipping out two Villanova guys but would make this a better team

Send Mikal, Hart and Kolek. For Murphy, dejountay and Missi. works salary wise too. we get back a tall 6'8"shooter who can come in of the bench and score on backups, slide Og to the 3 spot play Murray at the 2 with Brunson we get better defense. while still keeping Mitch at 5 with Kat , and having a young center as backup in Missi. we would have 3 defensive Versatile players who switch and can cover our defensive liabilities at the 1 in 5. Murray could also playmake better than Hart.

Never Mind Murray got that Jason Tatum stanky Leg , playing against Boston. lets keep Bringing in young talent on the cheap , stick with old Knicks sons like charlie ward Jr

Bring in a DR National Team Member for towns Like chris Duarte who's playing In PR and would come in for cheap and is a decent shooter.
Frank ntilikina still Outchea good defensive player, and only 26 would be great just so our breh @KnickstapeCity would go off

He is on his last year of his contract, and Boston needs to clear some salary, and with Tatum out for most of next season maybe he wants to try and get a ring somewhere else?
