Exactly. We stayed at 50. Another year of a wasted draft. No effort to move up to potentially grab a rotational player. "Smart" trades to save money and grab a raw prospect. Another fukking frog, at that.

I get this from an organizational management/fiscal responsibility standpoint, but 5 years and only having Deuce to show for their efforts is disappointing as hell.

I don’t think yall realize how close we are to the second apron. Yall would rather waste precious resources on a second rounder who is likely not good enough to contribute next season, the thing we’re laser focused on right now?

We just watched Boston give away two key players to save $300 million dollars in taxes.

Next years draft is supposed to be really good. There might be some gems late in the first and in the second round. We got 2 1st and 2nd round picks.
That wizards pick could be in the late lottery too now that they’ve decided to be competent.

No, I'd rather not watch year 5 of this front office play musical chairs with our picks and year 39 of the Knicks not doing anything of consequence with the draft.

It's whatever. We're "good". We don't need to worry about trivial, crapshoot things like the draft. Win the margins. Paperclips to houses or some shyt.

Spike Lee wasted his night :dead:

Honestly thought we’d take Koby Brea due to the Kentucky, DR connection with KAT. He could be a Landry Shamet type player.

The Kobe Sanders kid looked cool too.

Its really crazy cities like Toronto and Paris produce more hoopers than NYC now :mjcry:

Our fukking infrastructure sucks dudes never fukking pan out. Boogie and Ian were supposed to be lottery picks instead they’re transfers doing another year and now coming out in a more stacked class next year.

Did some quick reading: Was looked at as a top 15-20 guy in this draft 2 years ago. Joined the Ignite at 17. Terrible shooting splits despite ample playing time. Joined Mexico City after the Ignite folded and improved slightly in year 2. Had a terrible combine.

Another raw project. Though I could see them putting him on a two way and sending him back to the G-League for a year.
