Is Mike Brown any good? @storyteller is breh really an upgrade over Thibodeau?

He'll be good for the locker room and communication. His reputation for defense is strong, and if you add in Borrego to help with the offense, it should be a pretty good combo. But as a stand-alone, I don't rate him above Thibodeau.
