Back when the Sixers sucked, I drunkenly copped courtside seats with a friend for hella cheap (at least compared to MSG prices or Philly presently). The Melo trade happened shortly before the game, and after I got the tickets. So I lucked into watching Melo courtside, and got to walk across the court to a food joint that's basically just outside of the court. Spike Lee was there eating with hella security.
The only wack part is the Knicks got blown out. If I remember right, Ray Felton just got back from injury and they had zero chemistry yet. But either way that's my one, and probably only ever, courtside story.
