The way the coli is suckin off the cavs is crazy. Had to double check to see when they last won a ring lol. It definitely wasn’t a Donovan led cavs lol.
Cavs, Same roster 2yrs ago, brunson knocked them out in 5 games. They lost in semi last yr just like us but we were absolutely dismantled with injuries. They barely snuck by the magic in round 1.
Now Celtics and okc, completely different story. I don’t think we will see cavs in the playoffs this season unless we beat Celtics in round 2 (lol) but I pray we play cavs somehow, healthy Knicks in 6

Lakers knocked out Nuggets back in 2020 pretty easily and then proceeded to lose multiple series against them next time they met.
I do agree that Celtics are more dangerous than Cavaliers. Any team in the east would rather play Cavs in the playoffs than Celtics.

Right now, Knicks are not ready for the box office matchup with the Celtics or Cavs...we probably another season away, and that's fine. The last 2 games showed we have to temper expectations, cause we have a lot of work to do to be a elite team. We're a very good team, but not elite, yet.
Something we knew at the beginning of the season. Don’t let everyone coming out the woodworks to shyt on us change that. A year of cohesion, another year of all our guys in their fresh primes and hopefully bench upgrades this summer and we’ll be ready to contend.

They don't shine shoes anymore and they just slapped us by 40. Really not the best time to bring up 2 years ago. They also have an assistant coach over there that knows thib's playbook like the back of his hand

They have more shooters than they did, Mobley has taken a leap, and they added DeAndre Hunter, Garland and Mitchell also have better chemistry now than then, Ty Jerome is a legit shot creator they didn’t have then.

The BOS/CLE games don't really phase me because this simply isn't the iteration of the team we put together for those matchups - but it's almost a chicken and egg scenario of "if you're relying on the availability of Mitch to have the version of the team required for a finals run..."
