All this comes down to coaching.

If you enable this to happen as a coach, it grows and becomes accepted as the norm. If you don’t blow the whistle in practice and say “Deuce what the fukk are you doing you dumb fukk? Throw that shyt down to Kat,” then you get plays like this.
