Without the knee issues, I think Mccullar woulda been a first-round pick. I have high hopes that he'll be an NBA-caliber player and ready for rotation minutes next season. I'm hopeful that Kolek will be able to take Payne's role by then too.

I think some roster growth and depth will come from within. I'm also curious about what type of interest will be out there for Robinson's expiring contract if he closes the season strong. Not that I want to deal him...I think if he's good for 25-30 a night, some of the team's current problems will ease up.

I'm not stressing his FG% too much right now. He only played 11 games so far, coming back from a knee injury and all. His three-pointer will be key to his growth, but I'm optimistic since his form is clean.
