Why is that dude Jhonnie Bryant not getting any type of consideration? If all the established coaches you wanted are unavailable, why not get the up and comer.

Could be a concern (valid or not is another discussion) whether a first time coach would be mentally equipped to deal with the additional pressure, that comes with the fact that anything less than a Finals appearance next year is a failure.
