Looking like Brown with Borrego as his lead assistant.
Shams tried to shyt on KFTV’s scoop too.
True. Link for what a Borrego offense could look like.I figured Nori and Borrego were being interviewed for lead assistant. I had hoped they could get Nori but I guess he didn’t want to leave the good thing he has going with Finch.

They still have some moves to make.Knicks gonna try to win games on offense cause they sure as hell ain't locking anyone up
We'll see... still very shaky in terms of depth. IMO I'd be shocked if this team gets back to the same place they were last year(2 games from the Finals)
Unless they are flipping core parts of the roster, all of the moves will be at the margins. I love what Atlanta and Orlando did this offseason, plus Cleveland is still formidable even without Garland for a few months. They still have some moves to make.
They still got the TPMLE and they still might get another decent piece on the minimum. I don’t think they are scared of the 2nd apron cap.Unless they are flipping core parts of the roster, all of the moves will be at the margins. I don't see the Knicks as this team that's going to win 4 straight playoff rounds yet.
Dangerous. Knicks are still reliant on very unreliable parts(Mitch definitely, OG to an extent) to stay healthy and productive in order to be a title level team. They still got the TPMLE and they still might get another decent piece on the minimum. I don’t think they are scared of the 2nd apron cap.
I read they want the new coach by summer league. Could just be an arbitrary deadline though. From what I read he run’s a PG heavy offense that I worry will get hemmed up come the playoffs cause he never ran it in the Playoffs. It’s not as dribble heavy though as what we saw with Thibs with a lot of emphasis on off ball movement form PnR and getting 3pt shooters open on either side line.
Meanwhile Nori and the wolves ran that two big offensive system which I think the Knicks are interested in as well. Stein dropped the news about Borrego but Ian says Stein might have got ahead of himself. Let’s see what they do. It’s pretty clear they got no real timeline on this since it’s already dragged into FA.
No one can plan for bad health. Look at the Pacers. There are still a few good players out there and a lot of the money has dried up. Let’s see what the FO can do.Dangerous. If they do all of that just to crash out in the second round of the playoffs the Knicks will be in a world of shyt
Orlando will be legit. I’m not moved by Atlanta.Unless they are flipping core parts of the roster, all of the moves will be at the margins. I love what Atlanta and Orlando did this offseason, plus Cleveland is still formidable even without Garland for a few months.

You just described the entire league.Dangerous. Knicks are still reliant on very unreliable parts(Mitch definitely, OG to an extent) to stay healthy and productive in order to be a title level team.

The entire league does not have Mitch's health profile. I've said many times that if the Knicks are relying on him to be healthy for their title hopes they're in for a rude awakening. He played 35 games total last year FYIYou just described the entire league.
