Rockets would have to commit to at least 3 years of that person and they’d lose their TPMLE. (I don’t even know if they if they have it).
Also, I’m too tipsy to figure out if doing a sign and trade which triggers the second apron cap, means we don’t get to use the TPMLE for Yabu…

extremely talented kid, very low iq basketball player with tunnel vision. he's a shrunken down kuminga in that respect.
it would be cool to have that kind of athlete on the roster, but he's not a winning player yet. juxtapose him to say someone like tari eason. tari does all the other things that help you win games.
