no, that % is off the original price..so even if they knock off 50 cents, they'll make it look like a deal by saying you're saving 40% off whatever it retailed/originally at
Nope. Some blu ray sets I've been watching. They're were around $23 for awhile, now they are $24 and change with a 50 cent markdown from "original" price.
