You always have to suspend belief with these movies, but damn-- im just in the opening sequence, and it's hard to accept there would be such incompetent soldiers in charge of escorting something that dangerous. And the actual military would absolutely have air support for the caravan for the entire journey.

I know Martin was only there to get a zombie head so he didn’t give a shyt, but that pilot and the other chick should’ve both realized $200m wasn’t fitting in that janky ass helicopter

You think people laughed at Martha cause it’s weird they both have the same name?well that's just not true..
Martha Kent is a fully fleshed out character who we’ve seen affect her son.
Martha Wayne is a cardboard figure who gets shot in every iteration with no personality and no moments that don’t involve dropping jewelry.
Take out that Knightmare scene and put in a scene of him taking to his mother’s ghost and the “save Martha” works.

No but people are just dumb. it's not that Snyder was "too deep" because his movies aren't deep.. there are surface level ideas thrown around about governments etc.. but he's not Nolan..
but that said comic book fans can be some of the dumbest people on earth. it had nothing to do with them both having the same name. it was about humanity. Once Bruce starts to see Superman as a person and not an alien that changes the dynamic between the two.
So either u know that and accept it or you're just very dumb to miss surface level ideas. it says more about some of the nerd viewers than it does Snyder himself.

I saw that shyt too and I paused it to make sure my tv wasn’t fukked up
They kept it in Vegas somehow...
I feel like this could've worked as a series as well.
Maybe a mini series. Could've cleaned up the plot and flushed out the characters more.
Either way, I enjoyed it for what it was. Looking forward to the next ones.
