Diaz isn’t a bad villain the timing is off though. He would’ve been a great earlier season villain. It’s just that after you’ve fought villains with armies of super soldiers and mystic assassins, he doesn’t feel threatening.

Wasn't expecting the solution to be like the Flash trial but the Arrow version was more creative
