Read what Pierra says again. He says the entire ball needs to be out INTO the field of play. Part of it is on the goalline, thus it's a safety
This is weird. Geno didn't get called for a safety for the exact same play against the Titans.

I'm going to post the pic

Man....take that shyt. We took it against the Pats. :troll:

My point remains there is nothing that says its not a safety. If the ball is over the goal line it's considered IN and therefore a touchdown. Same should apply at the opposite end of the field, no?

I'm no football expert and i have never claimed to be but I stand by the point i made earlier about being over the goal line

Yall nikkas don't know the difference between a touchdown and a safety :what:

I do think that was a safety though
Find me a clear definition of the NFL safety rule that specifically shows this is not a safety.

You mofos like to argue but hate the law. Like my man said it's not what I know it's what i can prove. So go ahead and PROVE IT

See....I'm not on that strong and wrong stuff....but a few weeks ago, I saw the same thing and everyone was saying the entire ball has to be in the end zone for a safety.

Read nikka, I SAID it looked like a safety to me.

My problem was you comparing a touchdown to a safety when it comes to the ball crossing the goal line. Touchdown = all that has to cross is the tip of the ball.....Safety = the whole ball has to be across the goal line when the player gets hit

WHO is EVERYONE? Does EVERYONE have a vote in the NFL's rules Committee?

THis is how black people always get fukked up in the court . Too many clones believe in "they" without knowing the law and familiarizing themselves with laws such as all these "felony murder " raps when you can be convicted for murder even though they have proof that your boy pulled the trigger.

Here is what I'm trying to say homie.

If you have the rule book you may still be able to file a grievance with the NFL if you find a rule that specifically shows what the ref said was wrong.

Remember a few years ago? When Heat played the Hawks. And they had to play the last 1 minute an 16 seconds (1:16) of a game that was played 2 months before in order to rectify a bad call that cost the Heat that game. They played 1:16. Then started the game they came fore that night so technically they played 2 games in one night. Pat Riley went to the Rule book and appealed the refs bad call and had the NBA dismiss the loss until the last 1:16 could be replayed months later.

When you have the RULE and you have a CLEAR statement to file a grievance over the league has to listen to the appeal. Unlike "everybody" as you said saying it but does everybody base what they say n the rule that was set in place? Or are they just going by what they THOUGHT was the rule?

That clearly wasn't a safety...

Anyone claiming otherwise doesn't know the rules...

Could careless though, my boy AJ put in work for me and that's all that matters...:myman:

Losing to a team we should beat is bad. :why:

Dalton throwing three picks is worse. :what:

But losing Geno is the worst. :to:

Cotdamn, Gio needs to start for this team. Seriously.:whoo:
