To be fair, the "hispanic" vote has never split beyond a 70%/30% Dem/Rep split. If you look at 2016 and 2018, their numbers have never budged. Quite simply, the "hispanic" category needs to be split out because it hides Spanish whiteness from Anglo whiteness (we can save that discussion for another thread).

But it doesn't help when your candidate says "If You Think You're Better Off After Four Years Of Trump, Don't Vote For Me" (sorry for linking to a shytty conversative site)
