Here it's Panthers vs Patriots.That means Charlotte ,Columbia , Charleston ,Raleigh,Greenville can't see Big 3 Games Live .Also remember CBS has Lions vs Bucs nationally .Big 3 is competing against Live NFL football games plus local ones.Ratings might be low.
