Walmart has 40' tvs on sale now for the cheap link> Magnavox 40" Class LCD 1080p 60Hz HDTV, 40MF401B/F7: TV & Video : Walmart.com < so I'm not even worried about that. Got 2 tvs sitting in layaway now.

Only thing I'm trying to get are tablets and nintendo 3ds for my daughters.

I'll go out shopping on Black Friday just to get in the Christmas spirit of things. Not really do any shopping. I will not go to Thursday midnight crap. It's like, what's the point?
Camping out for Black Friday is nuts. I mean, there are crazy deals but I'm not going to sit out in the cold for that. I used to do drive-bys at Best Buy (when I was a cop) to make sure the Black Friday shoppers were safe. It was like the act of camping out on a sidwalk seemed to be more of the ends than the means of than staking out a spot to take advantage of the shopping deals.

I use to go out before they started that 10 pm - midnight opening on Thanksgiving day. shyt is dumb to me. Why cut into people family time just to sell products.

Now that they offer the same sales online. No point in getting frost bite over em.

I usually get the info around the 1st or November and plan my route thru the city. I work Thanksgiving and get off at Midnight. I don't even go to sleep. I know I'm going to this store at 1am, going to this store at 3am, going to this store at 5am, going here at 7am. By 10am I'm done with 90% of my Christmas Shopping.
