I won't say going American made it bad, but it has gotten considerably worse the longer it got Hollywood/Netflxed. The original UK seasons were like cooked crack

Something tells me if Brooker and co. were forced to make a new season and had to use no Americans and set it in England, it would improve.

The budget and the casting has become a crutch.

Hollywood/Netflix do not respect the American audience… British film makers and producers respect the intellect of their viewing audiences

There was no real sense of danger or dread. It was like a worse version of San Junipero.

I didn't understand why they couldn't just pause the movie and restart the scenes as needed.

Also I see Netflix stays on that swirling agenda.

Even before it went down, the whole thing about storyline convergence. Like if the acting didn't match the script, just yell "cut" and make the exact movie you intended.

Maybe I missed why they had to do it like that, but I was already tuning out because I sensed that episode was going to be mid.
