California brehs kick it to me straight. I live in the redneck south,wanna make that move literate,yet have all these folks talking the job markets, yall getting taxed like a mug. What's the real? Is what I hear all blown out of proportion?
California is an expensive place to live which is why people have been leaving in recent years. Insurance is higher, gas is higher, everything is higher but if you have a job that pays well then I guess it doesn't matter

meh. if your single with no kids and dont mind living in something small you can live in cali. you can get a studio for like $9xx in a decent neighborhood. Koreatown has hella places for the low long as you dont mind shytty parking and roaches.
you get taxed out the ying yang out here and its not business friendly if you're trying to start one up. Its cool though but its definitely losing some of its luster

Stay hydrated guysLA folk, in two weeks I'm gonna be out there seeing whats goodie with ya city. First time out there. I'm staying in South Pasadena for a week. I need some ideas on what a young, fly n!gga could do out there to get in some trouble. Flyest beaches, where to go smash food at 3:14am, dope clothing spots, bars with live djs, etc. Most importantly, where's the best place to see the fly Cali women. This thread was a beast though, it helped a lot.

Venice - Not to swim in, but just the shops and atmosphere
Drive up to Malibu as well. They have some cool beaches and the PCH & the Getty Villa is beautiful
Tourist/Shopping spots
Visit Santa Monica Pier, but don't swim in the water
The 3rd Street Promenade is nice as well and got some good street entertainment and is right down the street from the pier.
The Americana (In Glendale which is close to you) is a pretty nice place to shop. But the Grove, a smaller Americana, is where you find the baddies.
Melrose has some dope spots for shopping.
FoxHills mall - Never seen some many bad black women in one spot.
Mad Decent Block Party. If you're going to be out there on Aug 25th, make sure to RSVP for this and check it out. Should be dope.
Food places midnight
Fat Sal's (Turtle from Entourage's place) near UCLA stays open til 3 am everynight and has the best drunk food (buffalo chicken cheese fries
)The Kitchen 24 (In Hollywood) is bomb and you'll might even see a few celebs after the club.
In-N-Out is the first place you must eat at after you get off the plane. I'm missing right now in DC
Wingstop - Because it's not in Detroit doesn't have them.
Roscoes - Even though it's overrated, it's still part of the experience.
Sprinkles - Overrated, but just a LA thing to do. Go to the one in Beverly Hills.
Make sure you check out a sushi spot as well. Sushi in LA is the best in the US.
