I am breh. I'm a museum permanent collection plus I've been networking with some of the top black artists.

The untrained eye don't art. So I don't talk to them. I'm talking to yall cause yall my people.

I spoke to numerous folk that knew Basq personally and if they thought my art resembled his alot then they would've said something.

Basquiat used American Abstract Expressionism, Expressionism and grafitti plus synthetic cubism brought down to very scale of linear drawings plus cartooning.

He drew like a child.

I studied art and therefore I fell in love with the same movements since those movements were current and that's all I seen in the museums from a child to adult in college.

Plus we both have similar backgrounds. It's not intentional for what you do see. Haitian and Louisianian.

But feel free to find his work that looks just like mine tho. Prove me wrong.

Preciate it. That was stolen and transformed from a sculpture piece of christ dying in Mary's arms. I forget the sculptor. Dates back to Renaissance period.
