Maye needs to protect the ball better, especially if the Patriots play the Texans.
He moved well tonight, but missed some throws he usually makes. Not a great game by him by any means. But, a win is a win.

Apparently that linemen that's out, Joe Alt made all the difference for Herbert. I remember a couple talking heads saying it was over for the Chargers when he went down a few weeks ago.
The hype wont stop!! Dude led an offense that was ranked 20th in scoring, yet some pundits were saying he deserves MVP consideration.3 fukking points.

Careless with the ball and missed some passes in the red zone. Otherwise the offense moved the ball. I have to believe he'll play better next week in the red zone.

I feel like every other year people talk about the jags with Lawrence and the chargers with Herbert and they both under perform when it matters. These guys are still prospects to me and they've both been in the league at least 5 years.
