What's the "Oakland by Lloyd" thing about on "Telegraph Ave"? What does Lloyd have to do with it?

gambino had a relationship with a chick that use to live in oakland and he would go from LA to oakland and back

lloyd and gambino went to the same High school together in ATL so I guess they decided to finally make a song together
