all early access games. they technically haven't even been released yet, so I wouldn't expect a deep discount

two games that just came out in October

you'll have to talk to you friends at ubisoft about that one. but iirc I got that game pretty cheap awhile back in a bundle with Child of Light and Valiant Hearts
Plenty of early access games got discounts. Look at that big discounts on Prison Architect and Kerbal. shyt I wanted just didn't go on sale as much as I expected. Personally, this wasn't a great sale for me. yeah, I bought 10 games or some shyt, but you know me, I normally buy more. :manny:

I was disappointed in the fall and christmas sales. It's true, I'm reaching saturation at this point. But still, it's my opinion :manny: Going by this thread, I'm not the only one with it either

the sale definitely slowed down without the 8 hour flash and community choice sales

go to my wishlist. The games I wanted didn't go on sale that much. Audiosurf 2, salt, sunless sea, Gabriel knight, icewind dale (didn't even go on sale at all :mjcry:). Trials Fusion never went below 40% either, shoulda been at least 50% off if we go by the previous Trials game.

edit: didn't see your edit. Man, I'm just going by the numbers. Discounts were worse. You could still eat, but you weren't eating as good :manny:
icewind dale?

:blessed:

did they add anything to it?

devs/pubs handle early access a few different ways. it's really an experiment in itself

Child of Light is 6 bucks on steam. Copped it finally. :blessed: They had it 50 percent off last week, but I wasnt feeling that deal. :birdman:

Ended up playing this shyt for 4 hours last night. Before I knew it it was 6:30 AM :damn:

Only wack shyt is I bought through steam yet Ubisoft made me make a Uplay account and all this nonsense. Regardless though, cool JRPG from a western developer:leon:

I got a big enough backlog of games now that any current game that I do want I can just hold out until the summer and christmas sales...

Gonna be playing DAI until GTAV comes out...

Going to be playing GTAV until the Witcher 3 comes out...

Going to be playing the Witcher 3 until The Division comes out (gawd damn you Ubisoft and constantly making games I want to play)...

And somewhere between all of that I got to play Far Cry 4...Shadow of Mordor...Simcity (all my friends randomly got back into this again)...South Park SOT...Skyrim (always in rotation with mods)...Fallout 3 (always in rotation with mods)...Fallout New Vegas (always in rotation with mods)...

Not to mention the little inde games I am making a conscious effort to play this year that I need to dust of...mark of the ninja...don't starve...child of light...

Outside of GTAV Witcher 3 The Division I will not even consider purchasing another PC game until it goes under 20...

I don't know if they are "getting greedy," but I think that some developers have realized that racing to the bottom with sales may not be the best sales model for them.
I can't blame them. I ate well these last couple of years :wow:

icewind dale?

Not really, but it's more stable and mods won't crash on you :blessed:

I think it might have workshop now, not sure :patrice:
