I tried to get the new rosters in they don't give you option just preseason 75 or custom rosters it's dumb...if yall see a way to do it I'll redraft tho

You mean you had tethering? So you didn't have to buy the physical hotspot?
I would still use the open DNS servers instead of AT&Ts. Trust me. Manually change your DNS servers on your PS4 network connection.
