i think anyone who had high expectations for this , especially when thinking it would compare this to the OG was kiddin thmeselves from the jump
but .. like others have said appreciate it for what it is ..and just enjoy it ,

Just finished watching it. I give it my basic 7/10. The pg-13 rating really hurt it comedy wise. It just felt super safe compared to the original. I had a few decent laughs but nowhere near the amount of the original. I fukked with Wesley in this for sure though lol dude was clowning. The women in this shyt too 
it was a melanin feast. Teyona was looking bad af too and usually I think her face is too strong. In this shyt though she was ridiculous. Shoutout to the casting director. Didn’t know Eddie daughter was that cute. Props to Nicole Murphy

it's just what I thought it would be, aside from all the music. lot of fan service. I ain't mad at it. definitely a fun family joint

Started off a little shaky, but it got better and turned out to be a pretty entertaining, enjoyable film. Nowhere near the original, but it didn't need to be to be a solid piece on it's own. I approve
