I had fun as hell and enjoyed it. The call backs and nostalgia hit me and the story was light and family friendly. It doesn't really have any impact on the original. I would have liked them to try an R rated version but in that case it will be compared more to original. Even if I never see it again, the feels I got from seeing the call backs to the original were worth it. We only live once, i think the public is over 'ruining the original', we just need content and shyt to make us smile, and this did it for me. Anyone who doesn't like it can go back and watch the original with one click Beauty of modern day

The movie was trash fun but trash

I did it enjoy it because the nostalgia was hittin the whole way through but they could have done a much better job with this. The writing was shyt. A lot of the jokes didn’t hit. I didn’t have high expectations but again with a classic like this, it just could have been done better. Glad it was made at least
