I'm still not solid on this game yet and still figuring this game out, not a day one player for me but waiting to see what others think, still feels a bit all over the place.

It's a lot like Red Dead Redemption 2 where you explore, upgrade your camp, find new companions, do side quests, fukkery, tons of activities, and an overarching fantasy story.

Pre-ordered, but still need to see them reviews before I spend $100 CAD on it.
Oh God. I was super hyped for this game, but the wandering aimlessly, and now 76 bosses with no difficulty slider (and I assume we can't call LetMeSoloHer) is giving me Elden Ring vibes
Looks like they had to dial back the particle effects a bit.
Oh this game been in development for 8 years no wonder its jam-packed full of stuff! They started in 2018 about 3 years after they released Black Desert on Windows.
So they played BOTW then Red Dead Redemption 2 and decided to make the game after they played RD2 combining shyt from both games including Skyrim.
After they saw the trailer for ToTK they started adding sky islands because if you look at their previous trailers there were no sky islands. These Korean nikkas copy everything its like watching Samsung steal shyt from Apple. As long as the game is good I’m okay with it.

Save system with 10 slots, save at any point, loading spawns you nearby.
Puzzles and platforming are Zelda inspired so if your stuck there are no hints and if you fall from the sky islands better hope you had a save point nearby or it’s gonna take you awhile to get back up. There is fall damage and you can die but if you use your glide properly you’ll be safe. Glide also has a stamina gauge and can be upgraded.
Combat has real-time weapon swapping, aerial combos, magic and interaction with the environment's physics including lightning, fire and ice.
Enemies drop parts of their armor when hit, which you can pick up and equip or sell.
Players can pet animals to form a bond, allowing them to follow you around and loot dead bodies.
Dragons can be summoned and latched onto with a grappling hook. Dragon attacks include fireballs with auto-tracking and a fire breath mechanic.
Players can liberate outposts and locations to bring back settlers and access new stories or treasures.
Sleep in beds or at cooking pots. 3, 6, 9 hour intervals. Cooking is valuable for healing and providing temporary buffs. You can swim and use boats.
Players can offer gifts to NPCs to improve faction reputation. All cutscenes are made with motion capture and can be sped up.
Controller remapping, Photo mode and New game plus will not be available at launch.
PS5 quality mode is 40 FPS. PS5 Pro quality mode 60 FPS. Game will be sent to Digital Foundry for a comprehensive performance analysis across all platforms at launch, indicating transparency regarding console performance.
