the easiest thing to do is to watch all the end credit scenes of arrow and flash .. and then all of this weeks shows minus BL

They will do a quick recap at the start of the Crisis episodes that should be enough to catch someone up to speed who hasn't been watching all of the shows.

Aside from Arrow I have bushed all of these shows (including Flash) since the start of the new season and I have no intentions of catching up with any of them.
