Amazed at how those Moolah proteges spent the whole episode talking about how Moolah did them dirty and essentially pimped them out...only to say "people are lying and she shouldn't be erased because if she's a pimp, that would make me a ho."

She was. She didn't want Moolah to be called a pimp, because it would portray her and the other ladies as prostitutes, but she still agreed that Moolah did some fukked up shyt, outside of that.

But from her story, that's the reality. She tried to make you have sex with a dude in Europe for money with a broken neck (after forcing you to bump on said broken neck for hours "just to see if you could bump"), how is she not pimping you out? Pride, Stockholm Syndrome, whatever you want to call it, that's what we're dealing with here. If that's her way of dealing with the trauma, fine, but it's another example of wrestlers (and people in general) twisting events to fit their preferred narrative.

Can't say I was too into this Moolah episode. There was some interesting stuff here, but this mostly falls into the "shyt I already knew" camp of episodes, and both the interviewees and documentary structure itself weren't interesting enough to keep me hooked (when the best interviewee in a wrestling documentary other than Jim Cornette is a South Carolina preacher, you know you're in trouble on that front).

Ya, I do think the Moolah episode was the weakest of S1. It was a little too middle of the road. There were a few damning things, but then they interviewed a Moolah advocate, and even people that Moolah took advantage of walked it back at the end (as you said above)

In short, Moolah was a sh1tty person. The internet folk lore abut her being a pimp has probably become a bit overblown, but she was a greedy POS and shouldn't be celebrated. Or if we are celebrating her career, its okay to acknowledge she was a POS in real life. I guess that's what this episode tried to do, but the narrative was a little too wishy washy for me

Princess Victoria needs the assistance of a wheelchair. I wonder if it's due to her neck getting jacked up. She was also apart of the many wrestlers that filed a class action lawsuit against Vince so there's another reason I had never heard of her. Then again her career only lasted four years.
