Took me a bit to adjust from Bloodborne to this. Only had about an hour to put into this and barely got past the first boss ...But I did spend a good chunk of time working on my parrying with the weak damage cats. Working with a thief for the first playthrough, prolly try the pyromancer next.

nah its useful for pvp builds. No one wants to play through a game 20 hours just to get to the pvp.

at this point it has to be intentional. From puts it in for pvp and never takes it out

like this is almost exactly like you do it for ds1

that weapon he drops is good with good DEX though

i stopped doing that after Dark souls 1. game gets boring once you do this.

you got low health and little armor thanks to your class being on the magic side. but like @MeachTheMonster said, the fireballs are a life saver
