went to the loot spot on earth... and farmed.. got a legendary fusion rifle and 12 shards....
if yall really only care about getting legendary drops just go to that spot... and ull get shyt guaranteed....

if u dont have all legendary from ur crucible master or vanguard master thats where u need to start...I disagree completely.
On topic :
I've yet to break lvl 24
after that u gotta collect relic irons and helium shards etc... to level up ur armor... leveling up armor will get u up fast as fukk.... ull be 27 in no time but u gotta work smart not hard

Crucible, just play crucible and do crucible bounties (capture 10 control points, kill 25 hunters, ect ect)
Vanguard, do bounties + patrol missions

Man this game. Queens wrath gives u legendary gear but of course it gives me armor when I already have legendary armor
