you just missed the part about me saying i have 3 characters huh? lol....i do it to upgrade things (sub-class, gear, weapons)....

also, since i play differently with each character, each time i play through it is different...

oh....i dont do the quests for the guns themselves, i dont have the same gun on each character (exceptions are raid or exotic weapons)....i really do the quests for the exp lol....

I did get the skyburners Annex tho. Its a good thing that they basically give out Motes and Coins like candy now or i'd be a little more salty.

i'll just say this about ttk: the main complaints people had about vanilla destiny (lack of content, complicated leveling system, doing the same shyt over and over, etc.), bungie has addressed with ttk...they've added a bunch of shyt, streamlined everything, the game isnt as repetitive cause of the ai adjusting to how you play & switching up the enemies faced/modifiers used, etc....now, whether you like playing it or not is on you, and whatever choice you make is cool since you play games for you....but, if ttk wasnt worth it (hell this goes for destiny itself), this thread wouldnt be as active as it always is....

I loved the gameplay of destiny but hated everything else, maybe I'll like this, but I'm more of a solo gamer and that's what fukk me up with this game, cause u can't do the fun shyt alone

Ever since I've had a sword, I have NEVER been killed with a rocket launcher. Not once.

Arc Exotic Sword does ranged area of effect attacks that you can fukking aim - and use more often than a rocket launcher. Sword basically means you can't die unless you go out of your way to get yourself killed. Being able to block then blink, shadestep and block, use third person to edge corners while blocking, etc is gamebreaking shyt. With a striker, you can sprint at people with that bonus shield up lol. Hell, you can block and revive at the same time.

Its not about just spamming the melee attack over and over, its the other shyt that it lets you do. No other weapon in the game is gonna let you completely negate heavy machine gun fire.

That's the problem don't have exotic sword the legendary one is hot garbage I just started working on the quest tho good thing they got mayhem right now

If you're still playing vanilla destiny then most people are already past that. Worry about running the older raids later, only if you care enough about grimoir score

Are you doing the bounties and finishing quest lines? Whenever you ready to start ttk and get to lvl ~30 I'll run my Titan or warlock with you through the taken King you can get to lvl 40 quick as hell but the grind to high light lvls is real

Just hit 290 light, but holy fukk is my gear ever status. To be fair, I've done it without even touching the Court of Onyx, or the Crucible, although I've heard the gear drops from the Crucible are trash.

Just hit 290 light, but holy fukk is my gear ever status. To be fair, I've done it without even touching the Court of Onyx, or the Crucible, although I've heard the gear drops from the Crucible are trash.

If you have runes, I recommend doing Court Of Oryx. I've gotten most of my higher level shyt from there (and ultimately infused it)

Getting a Black Spindle and 310 level artifact may help but those are the only two non-raid things I can think of.
