they refresh every couple hours i got to the point the had ones i didnt link so i said ill wait cuz they were bout to refresh but i went to sleep.Are these bounties recurring or some shyt? I did a few but now I see one that I've done before is available again.

You can't get past 24 with just blue gear. Maybe 25 with +15 light on everything.

You have to have legendarys.
Make sure you pick what you rank for rep so you can buy the appropriate legendaries. I was stuck at 24 for a week until my vanguard marks reset and I could stack another 100.

In order to progress into the 25-26 range you're going to need Legendary Armor breh.
And even when you get it, it's harder to upgrade that armor than it is with the rare blue armor. I'm level 25 and I have to get some Strike Action in to level up. I still haven't even beat this game
I'm 25 with exotic gauntlets from Xur, legendary armor from vanguard bounties, and light shoes and helm. Bout to get that helmet from the crucible later tonight, after I level up my Titan class a bit

Brehs, something is not making sense. Either my gun is weak or everyone else has way more powerful weapons. In Strikes or missions, I am usually either 2nd or third with Kills. How do you make your guns more powerful? When I go to the Gunsmith, of the available guns, mine is better than what he is selling. I am rocking a Hunter LVL 20 with mostly Blue Gear.

Nah but next time compare your equips with them. If you have a LV 20 gun it should do you good period.
