Nah, no thanks...shyt writing was what brought us here, I don't want more shyt writing, gives us a new series, or an anthology, I'm done with Dexter, it was cute for the first 3 seasons, but after that it was all trash.

Season 4 was fantastic and one of the best seasons of tv ever…after that it was all downhill

There’s no way his son finds him, that’s some dream/wish fulfillment shyt. They wouldn’t show that in the trailer if they really meant to have it be a meaningful part of the show.

That era was TV gold, so many shows on with 24 eps

Two things stood out with Dexter, him being some sort of serial killing justice and how they portrayed Miami and Florida.

now they removed Miami I’m not sure how they gonna replace it with some small town in the forest somewhere.

And I hope they don’t kill him off, that would make it this ending an even bigger mistake than that lumberjack shyt

I felt that season 3 was the weakest of the first 4 seasons mainly because there really was no threat for Dexter to be afraid of ( The Skinner was mild sauce at best ). Plus this was the season that introduced Quinn who is my MOST HATED CHARACTER of the series, Miguel Prado was the only thing that I really liked about the season.

I thought Season 3 was good, but I understand why people tend to be down on it.

The ending was very underwhelming, to the point that I think people just dismiss the entire season.

I just rewatched season 3 with my girl (her first time watching it) and it's way better than I remembered. Jimmy Smits killed that shyt.

the Skinner had potential, but the way they handled that did kinda suck tho.

Jimmy Smitts is only forgotten due to how sadistically amazing Lithgow was in season 4 but make no mistake
Miguel Prado was a great villain. Season 3 still 85% fire with some small hiccups.
