yeah, it's weird. I'm not a huge fan either. I wonder why she's playing the character like that. I know Deb was animated during the OG run of the show, but I don't remember Deb being quite like this. Deb is almost coming off like an unhinged maniac. She always seems like she's on the verge of a breakdown.pretty good but the visions with deb are kinda annoying after a while with all her screeching

This latest episode was filled with sloppy scenes and lazy writing.
That whole scene with the killer and the girl was off. The acting, the way it was shot, etc. Along with the drug supplier scene, guy has no type of security for millions of dollars worth of drugs just sitting around his house?..The cop just blatantly leaving the supplier's name and address on the desk after he literally just picked Dex up from beating the drug dealer he gave the location to?
I hope the rest of the season doesn't pan out like this because the last 3 episodes were actually solid..
. Harrison coming to grips of who he is. Dexter trying failing at being a good father. And the new killer looking at Harrison as a possible protégé. All while ghost Deb is haunting the fukk outta Dexter.

No one in the world knew Hannah was a serial killer fam. These are all things that only Dexter knows. Like I said he can easily finesse the situation. His story has no connection to missing women and ESPECIALLY when they have been coming up missing since before Dexter even came to that town. That rich cat already lied about finding his son. So they already gonna be probing into him. At most all she’s gonna find out is about Dexter’s tragic past.
It’s because she’s a representation of Dexter’s guilt. It’s basically his fault she’s dead and she’s a manifestation of his guilt from that. Mix that with how raw and emotional she was when she was alive and this is how he sees her. She’s there to make him feel horrible about himself. Harry was there to make him feel good about himself.

Last time we saw her Dex got her a new passport and a whole new identity. No one even knew her whereabouts since she escaped from that prison transport and changed her name and married that billionaire cat.
