Has potential. 2 things come to mind that will influence my viewing: stay the fukk away from anything that resembles he prince of Persia movie and a real life, fine as all get out, princess Jazmine.

A part of me thinks they can't get away with that now or wouldn't risk it, although I'm sure they will be a few casting choices. I'm hoping they don't though, Aladdin might have been my favorite Disney movie growing up, even dug the animated series.

i wonder when classic videogame franchises are going to be made into movies next, i feel like that's the last great untapped resource for widely recognized IP's. mario, zelda, metroid... etc.

Based on jungle book and what they plan to do with Mulan I don't see them going all white. Plus they don't want the bad PR and as employee @wire28 will tell you, his parent company hates bad press
